It has substantially higher load capacity and stiffness to reduce engine movement whilst the double bonded rubber element still isolates engine vibration.
It does not have the inherent weakness (creep and permanent set) of some of the unbonded polyurethane inserts that are available on the market.
We also recommend the bolt be upgraded to the later VAG part number N91167101 which is stronger than the bolts used on earlier cars.
