The BMW M2C / M3 F80 and M4 F8x OEM charge pipes routing from the turbochargers to the chargecooler are made of thin plastic prone to snapping. This Wagner Tuning charge pipes kit designed as a direct replacement for the OEM pipes is made from high quality aluminium with a large 2.25″ / 57mm diameter offers not only a better pressure and temperature resistance but also a best airflow.
Important product features:
– compared to the OEM Charge Pipes, the WAGNER system has a larger flow diameter and no innumerable internal cross-sectional changes, as can be found in the OEM product
– this results in 40% less back pressure, which relieves the turbocharger and at the same time ensures better response behavior (see Flow Bench graphic below)
– our WAGNER Charge Pipes are made entirely of aluminum and, unlike the OEM product, do not burst under load (high pressure and / or due to age)
– the special structure powder coating serves not only to protect against corrosion, but also for OEM optics
