Shipping

All products purchased in our store will be shipped by DPD from Monday to Friday.

The average shipping time is 1 business day, exclusive errors of stock.
All our goods are shipped from us with a specific tracking number traceable in real time via the carrier’s website.

If you may not be present at the time of delivery of the order, you will be left with a notice in order to pick up the products at the pickup DPD closest to you.
These products must be picked up within 3 business days after the attempt to deliver to the home. It is essential to be accompanied by your citizen card for any pick-up of orders.

Together with your order, you can find the respective invoice outside package.
You must check the product at the time of delivery, as it may be damaged during transport and the responsibility will be the carrier. This verification must be made when you accept the same.
