KW V2 Comfort
Do you think your original or retrofitted sports suspension too uncomfortable and unharmonious for your everyday life? Our KW V2 Comfort coilover suspension kits combine driving dynamics with a clear plus in driving comfort compared to conventional sports suspensions. On request, you can adjust the handling or driving comfort individually more tightly or comfortably using the integrated rebound damping (TVR-A technology). With the V2 Comfort coilover kits, you get the perfect compromise between driving dynamics and driving comfort.
KW V3 Leveling
The KW V3 Leveling suspensions are ideal for drivers who are not looking for maximum lowering, but seeking the driving dynamics and comfort of a KW Coilover suspension in combination with the almost original manufacturer’s series floor clearance.
The KW Leveling suspensions focus on the combination of increased driving dynamics and comfort in connection with a minimum lowering or, if desired, raising of the suspension. The KW V3 Leveling suspensions are the ideal retrofit suspensions for frequent drivers on poorly developed roads or drivers that use their car mainly in metropolises and urban areas than have numerous speed bumps. The progressive suspension springs are designed to give their spring rate a plus in driving comfort.
KW height-adjustable spring set
If your vehicle is equipped with electronically adjustable dampers and you would like to continue using these standard features in conjunction with a stepless and discreet lowering, then our height-adjustable spring sets are an interesting offer and available for a large number of vehicles. Similar to a KW coilover suspension, our coilover springs allow you to lower the suspension directly on your standard suspension.
KW Hydraulic Lift System
We have developed the KW Hydraulic Lift System so that you can easily overcome speed bumps or steep ascents in multi-story car parks without difficulty. At the push of a button the HLS system lifts vehicles by up to 45 millimeters and obstacles can be passed easily. The hydraulic lift system is available for installed KW coilover suspensions, for selected original suspensions, and as a complete system including KW coilover suspension kit.
KW ESC module
More and more vehicles are optionally equipped with adaptive suspension damper control systems, which have to be replaced by cost-intensive OEM dampers after a defect or increased wear and often also represent an obstacle to stepless lowering. To ensure that you still benefit from more driving pleasure in the form of an individual retrofit of a coilover suspension or sports suspension, we have developed KW decommissioning kits (KW ESC module). The modules exclusively deactivate all functions of the standard damper control – all other comfort functions are retained.

KW V1 coilover kit
With the KW V1 coilover kit you can make a technically maximum possible lowering in a tested frame infinitely variable. The KW dampers used have a vehicle-specific, permanently configured setup with a sporty, harmonious tuning so that you can experience an optimum balance between sportiness and suitability for everyday driving. Even with a full payload and maximum axle loads, the dampers operate with a sporty characteristic curve.
KW V2 coilover kit
The KW V2 coilover kit offers you a technically maximum possible and individually adjustable lowering as well as the possibility to further adjust our vehicle-specific and preset sporty-harmonious damper setup. The manual adjustment of the dampers allows you to adjust the tuning in just a few simple steps. Thanks to the KW “TVR-A” technology, with 16 exact clicks you can influence the handling and driving comfort yourself in a targeted manner, in order to give your car a firmer or sportier driving behavior if desired.
KW V3 coilover kit

Our worldwide best-selling coilover suspension kit, the KW V3, is the ideal suspension for you. The dampers with their “TVR-A” and “TVC-A” technology, which can be separately adjusted in compression and rebound, allow you to further adjust the vehicle-specific preset basic damping setup to your individual driving requirements. This makes it easy for you to directly influence the steering behavior, directional stability, tire grip and handling characteristics in a decisive way for safe controllability at the limits. In addition, despite the maximum lowering, you benefit from a sporty and harmonious rolling comfort.
KW V4 coilover kit
With the KW V4 coilover kit, we adapted one of our racing technology for everyday use on the road and give your high-performance vehicles a clear plus in everyday suitability. The three-way adjustable high-performance dampers allow you to independently adjust the rebound damping (KW “TVR-A” technology) as well as separately tunable low-speed and high-speed compression damping (KW “TVCLH-A” technology). We deliver your KW V4 for your sports car or high-performance vehicle with a vehicle-specific performance setting. With the adjustable dampers, you can – if desired – intuitively switch to a comfort setting with the integrated setting adjusters on KW V4. Depending on the vehicle-specific design and axle geometry, the KW V4 has aluminum unibal support bearings.
KW V5 coilover kit
With the new KW V5 coilover kit, KW relies on its successful GT3 motorsport suspension technology with KW Solid Piston Technology and modular and seriesconnected damper valves. The KW V5 coilover kit impresses in sports cars and super sports cars with precise and fast damping without any hysterese. Even with short suspension travel, steering movements and minimal uneven road surfaces, the dampers and valves react directly. Every driving maneuver and every impulse, such as those caused by braking, accelerating, steering, load changes and bumps, are dampened much more precisely. The displacement piston dampers support the car more optimally than conventional dampers.
KW DDC coilover kits
Our KW DDC Coilover Suspension kits combine the advantages of an adaptive damping system with a stylish and sporty lowering depending on your individual needs. The adaptive KW Coilover Suspension Kits are available as KW DDC plug&play variant for vehicles with electronically controlled shocks and KW DDC ECU variant with an optional Smartphone app control for vehicles without actively controlled shocks. Currently the KW DDC plug&play and KW DDC ECU coilover suspension kits are available for over 300 vehicle types.

The basic setup of the KW V3 Clubsport coilover kit, which is perfectly adapted to the Nordschleife, allows you to individually adjust your sports car to the desired street-tire setup due to the numerous setting options. The separately in rebound and compression stage adjustable dampers with their “TVR-A”- and “TVC-A”-technology allow an extensive damper setup. So it is easy to directly influence the steering behavior, the directional stability, the tire grip and handling characteristics for a safe controllability at the limit of driving dynamics. KW V4 Clubsport coilover kit
The vehicle-specific basic setup of the KW V4 Clubsport coilover suspension which was developed in numerous test drives and measurement runs on the Nordschleife and the KW 7-post drive dynamics test stand, can further be adapted via the click dial to the wheel loads, vehicle weight and altered body rigidity due to a bolted cage, welded safety cell or strut brace.

Using the Nordschleife as it’s testing grounds and the 7-post rig, KW developed it’s KW V5 Clubsport coilover kit. Wheel loads, vehicle weight and chassis reinforcements (increased body stiffness) can all be taken into consideration with adjustment capabilities of the KW V5 Clubsport. Similar to KW V5 Racing coilovers, low-speed and high-speed compression and rebound adjustment is done via KW’s solid piston technology.
In contrast to traditional shocks with valves in the inner tube, KW coilovers and KW dampers with Solid Piston use a valve arrangement that is separate from the damper inner tube and piston rod. The low- and high-speed valve units in the KW Variant 5 coilover suspension, which are built-in series with different valve spring types and main valves, offer the freedom to individually adjust the compression and rebound damping with 14 exact clicks (14 characteristic curves) each in the low- and highspeed range.

KW high performance helper springs
KW high-performance racing springs are made from specially alloyed and tempered spring steel and the increased endurance of the material enable new spring constructions with reduced wire diameter. Therefore the springs are up to 30% more efficient than conventional racing springs.
