Direct replacement for the small OEM 51mm diameter inlet pipe routing from the intercooler to the intake manifold of the Hyundai I30 N, this Forge Motorsport boost pipe is manufactured from 70mm diameter aluminium tube featuring water / methanol ports and coming with silicone couplers and installation hardware.

Because the stock valve can’t properly handle extra boost pressure produced by tuned I30 N engines, Forge Motorsport designed this kit supplied ready to install as an atmospheric discharge/blow off or as recirulation valve.

This large volume boost pipe kit, made from high quality aluminum by Airtec, fits without any modification as a direct replacement for the OEM pipes and hoses on the Hyundai I30 N pre-facelift. Offering more volume than OEM piping, these inlet and outlet pipes are designed to optimize air flow to and from the intercooler, in order to improve both response and power on tuned engines.

The latest iteration of GFB’s feature-packed electronic boost controller now has the ability to monitor and display your engine’s air/fuel ratio in either Lambda or AFR. By connecting the analogue output of most wideband O2 controllers (i.e. Innovate LC-2, AEM UEGO etc, sold separately) to the G-Force III’s auxiliary input, you can toggle between boost pressure and air/fuel ratio display. Not only does this save you from having to install a separate AFR gauge in your car, it can also save your engine!

Delivered ready to install, this kit includes a high quality aluminium intercooler with black reinforced silicone hoses and all the necessary mounting kit.
